Final Standings
Orange Crush vs Grey Chupacabras
In a dogfight, the Chupacabras kept a lead even with Tony Alfonseca crushing a mammoth 3 run HR.  But it wasn't enough for the Crush as the Chupacabras posted their 2nd win of the year.

 

Grey Chupacabras vs Maroon Sox

The Chupacabras opened the season with 8 straight hits and 17 in the first two innings scoring 15 runs, while the Sox started slow, they chipped away with HR's by Aric Cleland & Andy Vos & a specatacular catch by Dylan Gauld, but it wasn't enough to withstand the onslaught by the Chupacabras as they pulled out the win easily 17-9.

Maroon Sox vs Blue Bombers

Daryl Stallworth led the Bombers with his own bomb out of the park as Bombers beat the Sox in their opening games of the year.  It was a close game, but the Bombers scraped out the win by 3, 10-7.

Red Hots vs Orange Crush

In the second game of the doubleheader, the Orange Crush were led by Tony Alfonseca who fell a triple shy of the cycle hitting a 2 run HR in the 7th inning.  Austin Cochran & Eric Hoffstra led the Red Hots in a valiant effort, but the rust of the early season showed.  

Orange Crush vs Black Mambas

The Orange Crush opened up the season with 4 singles in a row from Pat Butrick, Jeff Wingfield, Wes White, & Tony Alfonseca...scoring 3 runs, but it wasn't enough as Brian Hochstetler for the Black Mambas provided all the offense hitting 2 HR's, one over the fence and one inside the park breaking open a 4-4 tie in the 6th inning and giving the Black Mambas the opening victory.

Black Mambas vs Maroon Sox
The Maroon Sox shut down the bats of the Mambas with a stellar pitching effort and 2 2-run innings.  That was all that was needed to roll to a 4-1 victory.

 

Blue Bombers vs Black Mambas
Moving over to SS, Jeremy Maloney made a spectacular, diving catch to keep up the great defense as the Black Mambas shut out the Bombers 10-0.  Jeremy added a HR at the plate to highlight a successful evening.

Orange Crush vs Maroon Sox

The Crush kept their winning streak alive barely beating the Sox 6 - 4 behind another pitching gem from Brian Tue.  Wes White provided the offense for the Crush who will face the Mambas in a key matchup next week.

Black Mambas vs Grey Chupacabras

The Mambas brought their "A" game against the Chupacabras and were led by Larry Flynn on the mound.  Larry pitched a shutout earning the 10 - 0 win against the previously undefeated Chupacabras.

Orange Crush vs Blue Bombers

The Crush won a close game against the Bombers led by Mark Reese's crushing hit off the center field fence with the bases loaded along with Wes White's 2 run HR for the 10 - 9 victory.

Maroon Sox vs Red Hots

Maroon had to provide a rally to overcome the Red Hots in the nightcap to win 19 - 11.  Andy Vos provided the fireworks with a HR & a triple off the fence.  Coach Ryan Schook even kicked in some help with a 4-4 evening.

Blue Bombers vs Red Hots

Red Hots pull off their first win of the season in definitive fashion with a 22 - 2 drubbing of the Bombers.  

Blue Bombers vs Black Mambas

The Mambas kept their rally alive against the Bombers with a 18 - 9 victory.  Despite a Bombers team that put up a good fight while missing some key members, the Mambas sealed the victory behind a true team hitting game with all players getting a hit.

Red Hots vs Grey Chupacabras
This was another close match, with the Red Hots determined to get their first victory.  Grey had to pull out some key hits and put together a few good innings to steal this game 11 - 6.  
Red Hots vs Black Mambas

This was an all-around hitting clinic by the Black Mambas in an 18 - 2 drubbing of the Red Hots.  Adam Evans lead the way recovering from a 1st inning strikeout by providing a 3-run monster HR during a 10 run 3rd inning.
